I dig it! Been trying different cafes in the city and this place stood out as an all-around great spot. I got the lox bagel sandwich (better than most) and cappuccino, which was delicious. Can't wait to try some more of the breakfast items and pastries. Great sitting area on the deck and friendly staff. View all feedback.
What S M doesn't like about Earth Cup Cafe:
no prices listed anywhere. not online, not anywhere on the wall, they don't even have a menu with prices that you can look at while waiting in the long line. barista explained that it's because everything costs different depending on what add ons you get and that it would be too hard to list prices? how is this different than any other coffee shop that would list a base price the cost of any add ons? and if it's the... Great corner coffee shop with consistent quality baristas. Man, the sandwiches were SO good. Loved it during my stay. Servers were mostly pleasant but the crowd can get overwhelming during their busy times.
Cute little (emphasis on little) spot in University City. Good food and coffee, mostly outside seating. Very neighborhoody, street parking. Staff was very pleasant.
This is a cute neighborhood cafe. Seemed like most customers walked up. I saw a few people drive up and double park to get something to-go.I tried the turkey sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. It comes on a Philly muffin, and you can choose between regular or everything. There are optional add-ons at .50 a piece: lettuce, tomato, and onion. You can also add pesto for 1 extra. Didn’t see prices listed anywhere until I got my receipt. I wasn’t terribly impressed by the sandwich, but it wasn’t terrible. I was pleased to see turkey sausage being offered over pork. For alternative milks, they offer soy, almond, and oat for .50. Flavored shots are .65.Parking: Can be difficult to find an open spot since it’s all street parking, and the place is surrounded by residences.
