Dinapoli Pizza - Philadelphia

The last few times i have ordered from them my order has been jacked up, the young ladies that's taken the orders are not listening very well, i had to send back my food twice once the food was horrible, the other i received food i didn't order.

This place did not deliver my food to me and the lady on the phone had the audacity to tell me it was delivered to my address. Well unless they delivered invisible food and my cat answered the door, I definitely did not receive it. I guarantee they gave it to the wrong address or to some random person.Extremely incompetent place and very poor customer service.

I didn't want to leave any negative feedback about the awful pizza and service, but now my neighbor's doors are cluttered with their menus. It seems no one wants their advertising because everyone knows how bad their pizza is. There are literally dozens of their blue-folded coupons scattered on my street. They should clean up the mess and take responsibility for their subpar pizza.

I had the grilled chicken garden salad, which features iceberg lettuce, boiled eggs, and tomatoes. It always tastes fantastic! I just wish they offered Caesar dressing.

This pizza is something else—it's difficult to describe the quality. It's as if frozen pizza had a meeting with authentic pizza from a traditional oven. It's gooey and doughy, with a messy presentation that makes it seem almost machine-made.
