Cinnabon - Philadelphia

The Google listing and the restaurant's website both state that they close on Sundays at 6 PM, but when I arrived at 5:10 PM, they were already cleaning up and told me they were closed. Just because they may not feel like serving guests doesn't justify closing early.

The staff was highly unprofessional and appeared unhappy to be working. When I requested a box of four Cinnabons, I was informed that they had no boxes available for that quantity. I then inquired about getting six fresh Cinnabons in a box, only to be told they were out of boxes and done for the day. I pointed out that I could clearly see boxes available, and their response was that I would have to pay for six individual Cinnabons, even though they were in a new box and fresh. This felt completely unreasonable and absurd. The tone in which the employee spoke was surprisingly aggressive. If they are unhappy with their job, perhaps they should consider changing their approach so that customers can have a more enjoyable experience. This aligns with the numerous reviews highlighting unprofessional customer service.

Today, at 5:45 PM, I visited the restaurant, but I found it closed by the staff. Both I and another customer were turned away because they claimed they were closing early, even though their hours indicate they should be open until 7 PM. The employees appeared to be leaving with bags of leftover food from the establishment. I'm very disappointed by this experience.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I really enjoyed these two dishes. Even though they were served cold, they were still very tasty.

I'm so happy to see them here at last! I've been coming here since I was a kid. Back in the day, they were larger and only cost around a dollar and some change. Then the price went up to two dollars. Now they're about five dollars each, but they're smaller than they used to be—time really flies! Despite that, they're still the best buns around, and I’ll always keep coming back for them!
