Chubby's Steaks - Philadelphia

The staff should be more diverse. The steak I received was not the one I had ordered. The young lady at the front seemed completely overwhelmed. I am not happy paying a high price for two cheese steaks and fries that are cold. They need to improve their customer service skills when dealing with customers.

I have never seen so little meat on a cheesesteak before. It was very disappointing, especially considering the great experiences I've had at this place in the past. It seems like they have started to cut corners, as the pictures my friends saw from a year ago showed that the rolls were overflowing with meat. The cheesesteak I ordered this time had very little meat, to the point where most of the sandwich was just fried onions and dry bread. It was quite disappointing, especially considering they charged $12 for the steak. I would rather pay a bit more for double the meat at Dalessandro's or Larry's Steaks. It's important to improve the quality and not disappoint loyal customers. I wish I had taken a picture of the disappointing cheesesteak I was served.

Chubby's is the clear winner of the best Steak Sandwich in Philadelphia.

I'm not sure if a mistake has been made, or if that's the way it's doing steaks there, but I was amazed how bad it was. there were 4x so much roll than steak, the amount of steak was less than the half of the amount of meat in a usual cheese steak, there was almost no sauce on the pizza steak, and the cheese was not melted at all because there was so little meat. I hope that was just a bad experience

THIS IS NOT A CHICKEN CHEESE STEAK ? THIS IS A CLUMP OF GLUE WITH NO TASTE .. $41 WASTED... MY CAT WOULD NOT EAT IT AND HE LOVES CHICKEN... WISH I COULD SCREEN SHOT A PICTURE... THEY REFUSED TO REINBURSE ME... A LESSON WELL LEARNED IS A LESSON WELL TAUGHT... CONSIDERING A SAFE PLANT BASED DIET TO AVOID DEATH BY CHUBBY'S IMPOSSIBLE MEAT STEAK!!!
