The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was enjoyable, though the weather could have been better. I suggest adding vegan options to the menu since my son ordered pasta, sticky rice, and broccoli in various sizes. It’s just a thought, as vegan cuisine is quite popular these days. What sorry c doesn't like about Chart House:
Our 2nd server Tasha was awesome. Our first server I think her name was Jen) was very rude and that's why we ask to be seated elsewhere with a different server. Tasha was polite, pleasant and very personable, kudos to Tasha. Jen needs another job not working with the public. View all feedback.
The service from Andrew was fantastic and the food so tasty! There was a little hiccup getting drinks but Andrew knew how to take care of it and kept us in the loop. We were able to enjoy drinks and dinner with an amazing view and superb service. Thank you Andrew for a great night and Chart House for a tasty menu.
Our server was very slow and not attentive, we sat at the table for 25 minutes with only waters waiting for bread and to place our order. My clam chowder came out cold I was served raw oysters with no lemons and had to wait 8 minutes to eat my food since my server was no where to be found when the oysters came out. It was very dark in the restaurant where I was sitting almost a little to dark. The salmon on RW was to die for. My main complaint is the service I received. It was not busy so it really was no reason for the poor service. I spoke with the manager and she was very friendly and helpful. I would only come back for that salmon.
The food was just good, not amazing. service was okay, she did not check in after we got our food and was not very friendly. view/ atmosphere was amazing! we went for restaurant week and had to ask for the restaurant week menu, which felt weird. usually the restaurant week menu is provided initially in philly. overall, it was not a negative experience, nor was it overwhelmingly a good experience. For the price; not worth it, there are better choices in philly

We did the restaurant week menu. Everything was good, not great but good. Portions were generous for restaurant week. Server was friendly. They have the most beautiful views, but it gets a little lost in the dated decor. It is not what it once was but still a satisfying choice for an old school seafood dinner with a lovely view. We had an enjoyable experience.
