The one drawback to the outdoor sidewalk seating is all of the background noise from vehicle traffic on South Street and the pedestrians walking by.

The beer selection is unbeatable, and the food is generally outstanding.

The rooftop section is great! There's a great breeze. It's also quieter than the main floor outside dining. I highly recommend for I friends or a date.

This charming little German restaurant on South Street is a great find. However, due to COVID-19, many guests are required to dine outdoors, which means you'll be essentially on the street (though it is roped off for safety). This places you quite close to the passing cars and motorcycles, and being on South Street comes with its own unique hustle and bustle. While this is not the restaurant's fault—just a reflection of the times we're in—it's something to keep in mind. Overall, it’s a lovely place for dinner and a few beers, and I highly recommend it.

The food was incredible—I absolutely loved the schweinshaxe! The beer was fantastic, and the service was excellent. The only downside was the pedestrians on South Street who weren’t wearing masks.
