ordered using the app got there late. Food still wasn't ready. They ran out of steak. Fine. I wait another 5 minutes and I get a free medium drink for my troubles. I get home. Not only is the burrito bowl missing the $3 Guacamole I paid for they decided to pour a spicy sauce all over my food. This is the umpteenth time the food is late because they ran out of steak. Tonight we went into this chipotle location and were pleasantly surprised. We we’re immediately greeted by Guillermo who was working the line. He was friendly and professional even though we went in right before closing time. He made my burrito bowl perfectly and even though the corn had run out for the night, he went the extra mile to prepare some for me. Although the line of customers was not long, Charlie came to the register to charge us right away. He provided wonderful and quick customer service, he made us feel welcomed and even wished us a nice evening before we left. Both of these guys made a great impression on my family, they are awesome at their job. Thank you for the great experience Guillermo and Charlie, keep up the great work. Someone please gives these men a raise. 10 out of 10 experience. Definitely would recommend.
I've been searching for vegan options at Chipotle ever since I lived in Redlands, CA a long time ago, and I still love it.
We had a quick meal and the service was great. It was a bit pricey at $35 for two bowls and two drinks, but the food was really good. Overall, I’d rate the food a perfect 5/5.

I don't understand why Chipotle is priced so high...the food is okay, not exceptional.
My entire order arrived an hour late and was cold. The quesadilla didn't even have cheese in it.
The avocado was ripe and there were approximately four pieces of chicken.
Its is super small for the price. Its more like a ball of food then a burrito
Didn't get served as much as when in person. taste was good , only there was pieces of meat that were unchewable
