The review is fully deserved and even more! The food, the burger, and the service were simply incredible and extremely delicious! I could say it was one of the best burgers I've had at Henrik's. I ordered through Lieferando for almost €50: two burgers, chicken nu... read more I 'm usually a huge fan of high-fives, but what happened today is honestly a mystery to me. I ordered through Lieferando for almost €50: two burgers, chicken nuggets, and sweet potato fries. We ordered at 5:22 p.m., and the food finally arrived around 7:10 p.m. I think that 's quite a long time for a delivery time; it was stated as 45–65 minutes. When I politely inquired about it, the woman on the phone gave me an absolutely rude reply: If it 's taking too long for you, then just pick it up. If I could, I would have. Then the food finally arrived. The burgers—both mine and my husband 's—were completely soggy in sauce. My burger was basically just bread. On top of that, the food wasn 't even hot anymore and therefore totally inedible—so we unfortunately had to throw it away. The chicken nuggets, however, were incredibly delicious, I have to say. The fries were okay. In conclusion: I ordered from there completely unnecessarily – what a shame. I 've never had a negative experience with Highfive before. And a word about the unfriendly woman on the phone: I paid for a service – a delivery. If it doesn 't arrive within the agreed delivery time, I 'm surely allowed to politely inquire without being treated rudely. Honestly, it 's a shame.
