The staff interactions were rude, and it took an excessive amount of time to place my order, whether I used the drive-thru or went inside. It appeared that a group of untrained teenagers were trying to manage the establishment without proper oversight. The drive-thru employees often had a dismissive attitude, as if I was bothering them by simply placing my order. When I entered the restaurant, there was nobody at the counter to assist me. Overall, it was not a positive experience.

I waited a long time for my food, and when it finally arrived, I had to wait another 30 minutes just to get some ketchup. One of the staff members looked right at me while I was waiting, then simply walked away. I had to raise my voice over their loud conversations to get someone’s attention. When I finally sat down to eat, the container was dirty, and the tables were not clean at all. Overall, the customer service was appalling.

It feels like a waste of time, and this restaurant should really be shut down if they can't enhance their quality or efficiency. It's disappointing to see how poorly this franchise has become. I even noticed staff standing around in the kitchen and not working. This is the worst service I've ever experienced. It's not worth the money or the time spent at this location. At this point, In-N-Out is a far better option.

While the food quality is acceptable once it arrives, the service is extremely slow and chaotic. It often takes forever to get your order, making mobile pick-up or curbside orders pointless since they take longer than waiting in the already long drive-thru line. The staff are very friendly, and I truly feel sorry for them, as they always seem overwhelmed due to obvious poor management.

I understand it’s mostly kids and teenagers working, but waiting 23-25 minutes for a simple order is unacceptable. I asked several times about coffee since they were out, but after waiting 40 minutes, I had to leave. On a chilly 48-degree day, you’d expect coffee to be available if it’s on the menu. Come on, Whataburger, you can do better.
