What User doesn't like about Whataburger:
The place was dirty inside. The soils were very in need of a bucket of hot soap water a mop would help. There was too much disorder in the preparation of food items not only for the people inside, but also the drive thru. Food: 1/5 View all feedback.
This must be one of the worst places in the whole Austin area. The food quality is fine when you get it, but they are so slow and deorganized at this point it always takes forever. There is no point in doing a mobile job for pickup or curbside because it takes longer than just waiting in the long drive-thru line. The employees are very nice and I feel bad for them because they are always angry because of obviously poor administration.
Very rude interactions with this location. Takes a very long time to get your order through drive thru or going inside. It looks like a lot of teens with no management trying to run the store. Drive thru always had an attitude like we are bothering by ordering food. Going inside no one would come to the counter.

We drive from Manor to go here, they always get our order right and are quicker. Manor never gets our order correct. So we stopped going there.Food: 5/5
