I really enjoy the authentic Mexican food at this restaurant, especially their tasty salsa. Be sure to try the green salsa, it's fantastic! Just a word of caution on the margaritas, they can be quite strong so limit yourself to two. If you're feeling adventurous, ask for some jalapeño juice to give it an extra kick! View all feedback.
What Cindy McCarty doesn't like about El Rincon Mexican:
I’m from South Texas so I’m picky about Mexican food. This was our first time here. The chips are not homemade and nothing special, the salsa was pretty good. The tortilla seemed homemade but tough and hard to eat. I had beef enchiladas with rice and beens. The enchiladas were dry with not enough sauce to make up for the dryness. Beans and rice were pretty good. My husband had the stuffed poblano, he said it was good... View all feedback.
Was supposed to be open, but was closed. 7 in the morning evening. Haven’t been back.
Food was good. Crew was friendly. There was a fly that kept bothering us. Personally, I hate flies. Otherwise, it was good.
You literally feel like family here!!! Shout out to Erica! Great people, service and food is outta this world!!! Ya gotta check it out.. You definitely will go back!!!
Been to El Rincon more times than I can count and the food is always delicious. However, the server named Ruby has given us a terrible experience both times we’ve had her recently. Her section was not busy, and my husband waited 25 minutes with an empty water cup while Ruby checked on every other table in her section. Last time we had her, she was standing around talking instead of helping. 10/10 restaurant. 0/10 server.
Food was good but not exceptional. Good service with friendly waitstaff.
