I ordered food online and ended up with some items that were burned. Additionally, one of the orders was completely incorrect. They offered to replace it at a later time, but I'm still hungry. When I suggested driving there to show them what I received, they simply refunded my money. I'm still hungry... Food: 1/5. View all feedback.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PANDA EXPRESS! (18600 Limestone Commercial Dr. Pflugerville, TX 78660) The food may be good, but the customer service is terrible and the staff is rude. There are no managers on site if you have an issue with your order. I’ve encountered multiple problems at this location, and each time I was told they would report my concerns to the district manager who would reach out to me. That has never happened. The last time I visited, they were out of teriyaki chicken and said it would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes, but it somehow came out within just 1 minute. After picking it up, I noticed that the chicken was undercooked. I requested to speak with a manager for a refund since the food was not properly cooked. When I showed the manager the undercooked chicken, she informed me that Panda Express does not issue refunds. All I was offered was a replacement with the same boiled chicken. Once again, very poor customer service! They also showed a complete lack of concern for the health of customers ordering this item, even after I pointed out the undercooked chicken. Avoid this place!

How this restaurant fits the franchise standards is beyond me. Staff are like cattle here, rarely recognize customers. Suppose a fast Dash order in and out. I have to stand around and wait for the young girl to help while the old lady just went back and forth like, legit, a zombie. Pretty daring terrible experience, even for a fast food place. I know the bar is low, but that's just terrible.
A togo for a bowl of rice and a chicken stall ordered. The rice had no salt in it. I have 5 pieces of chicken, two pieces of pepper and two pieces of beans. Was shocked at the amount of chicken for a $7 meal.
I really need yall to do better. 3rd time giving this place a try n always rudest employees. None are knowledgeable. Always say theres no manager on duty. Then out of no where a guy comes by acting like a manager. But no knowledge either. How u have no teriyaki chicken. N then wait is 30 mins. U mean to tell me u didnt see it getting low. N then now noodles or white rice. N brown rice was almost white. Let other people know that was coming in whike we was leaving. They said sounds about right. Thats so sad.
