On site I heard the operator talking on the phone in the warehouse, I was also seen by him and ignored him at some point he said for a moment... After about 10 minutes. Then I explained to him that I ordered through Lieferando and had already paid, but the operator didn't want to know anything about it. I then had to call his brother to explain the situation to him, and he wasn't exactly understanding either. In the meantime, the operator was calling again with another cell phone In the end, food was ordered and paid for and no food was received, so I had to get the money back through Lierando. The operator should clearly open a call center that is better than customer service. I will avoid the store now!
