Had a train reserved for 2 hours in time, the train was not playable over 20min, as it was saying and writing 6 times a technical fault that could happen already. What is not possible, however, is that, in spite of timely demand, whether the web is automatically terminated or whether we need to be careful not to override (is automatic), a surcharge is also calculated as the playing time according to system was 2h03min! Of course, without taking into account the 20min we could not use effectively. When asked, the lady at the checkout was also extremely unfriendly. It wasn't my first visit there, but this time I was very disappointed with this behavior.
