This is undoubtedly the best BBQ in our area, and probably the best I’ve had in North Carolina. I’ve tasted BBQ from all over the country, and this is exactly my style. The brisket was juicy and tender, perfectly infused with smoke flavor. And the bark! I’ve been craving that crispy outer layer, which seems to be missing in much of NC BBQ. The sides were exceptional too; I tried the beans and potato salad, and they did not disappoint. I will definitely be returning again and again. Please support this local business—you won’t regret it!
