Perhaps I was just there when the kitchen staff had an off day but their burgers did not impress me much. You could also argue that I’m just spoiled from my time in the USA but in my opinion, food is an art and the burger that I ate at Gaststätte Salverbräu sadly lacked any kind of artistic influence.Having only eaten there once, and right as the kitchen was getting ready to close on a Sunday, I’ll plan to go again to give them another, fair chance to wow.
