I have known this establishment for more than 20 years and I have been dazzled by the renovation work that showcases the chef's cuisine. Everything is excellent in the plate, from mouth to dessert. There is a precision in the flavours and a great skill of the dishes! The service is discreet, effective, professional and pleasant. Simply perfect, followers of Michelin's restaurants we ventured into this small restaurant with a strong reputation on the area. And we were not disappointed. The kitchen has nothing to envy restaurants 1 star in the region, the kitchen is tasteful, every well-worked and especially well-crafted dishes, no fault in the chords either in texture or in flavors. If you don't have the means to go to a 1 star restaurant (between 80 and 120€ the menu.
