Tito’s Burritos

Tito’s Burritos
4.3 / 5 (339 reviews)

Description

Tito's Burritos has created a wave of mixed experiences. Originally a sit-down restaurant, it transitioned to a food truck model due to operational challenges during COVID-19. While some reviews praise the delightful fusion of Puerto Rican and Persian cuisines alongside exceptional service—particularly highlighting the empanadas and unique events—the overall consistency and efficiency have drawn criticism. Customers have reported issues with food temperature and quality, as well as a perplexing membership requirement. Despite these shortcomings and its impending closure, loyal patrons continue to appreciate the friendly atmosphere and culinary creativity. Overall, Tito’s has left a memorable impact on its visitors.

Called in this Afternoon for takeout.I was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, I came into the restaurant for my order, witnessed the staff shuffling around to get my order and just start making the food. I then waited for one of the staff members to tell me that they made a mistake and that they were just starting to make my order. Which did not happen.I then approached the staff myself and said, “I take it you are just now making my food? She said, “yes” and I just told her, “nope I’m good” and walked out.I get that everyone makes mistakes but for the place not being busy I was surprised. This places needs to work more efficiently and have better customer service.

I was thinking this was just a burrito place. Actually this is a dynamic of flavors from different Hispanic cultures rolled into something so fresh and flavorful that is phenomenal Highly recommend Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Too political and pretends to be a private club instead of a restaurant. Before you get your food you have to sign a contract absolving them of any liability. Its extremely sketchy when even McDonalds van guarantee that their food is edible.

Nice place, clean and food choices are unique. I was greeted by a very informative individual as I entered. The service was excellent. This is considered a PRIVATE CLUB that you join for free. Because of this, it can remain open when all other restaurants are forced to close due to covid restrictions. It's not considered a public restaurant. Service: Take out
