We've experienced sushi from both Hawaii and Australia, and Ban Sushi exceeds them all. We absolutely love this spot! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is consistently delicious and fresh. We've never once been disappointed or had a bad experience. Our go-to orders include the fried scallops, salmon nigiri, Starlight roll 3, and Aloha roll. *Chef's kiss* They are simply the best! You absolutely must try the fried scallops—they're outstanding!

Sushi is usually a top choice for us, so we were thrilled to discover Ban Sushi in Falcon/Peyton. We were extremely impressed with the freshness of the sashimi tuna, and the spicy tuna roll was simply outstanding.
