When traveling back home from a trip in our motorhome, we decided to stop for a quick bite. Sushi tends to be high on our list, and much to our delight we found Ban Sushi in Falcon/Peyton of all places. Tiny place with the best sushi I've had since leaving California.
The chicken teriyaki was outstanding. Our five-year-old loved it as well and gave it five stars!
This sushi restaurant is by far the best place my husband and I have ever visited! We've experienced sushi from both Hawaii and Australia, and Ban Sushi exceeds them all. We absolutely love this spot! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is consistently delicious and fresh. We've never once been disappointed or had a bad experience. Our go-to orders include the fried scallops, salmon nigiri, Starlight roll 3, and Aloha roll. *Chef's kiss* They are simply the best! You absolutely must try the fried scallops—they're outstanding!
I believe this is some of the best sushi in the Colorado Springs area. It's consistently fresh and delicious. At many other places in the area, you can taste that the fish is not fresh, which is quite disappointing. However, that’s not the case here.
During our journey home in our motorhome, we decided to make a quick stop for a bite to eat. Sushi is usually a top choice for us, so we were thrilled to discover Ban Sushi in Falcon/Peyton. We were extremely impressed with the freshness of the sashimi tuna, and the spicy tuna roll was simply outstanding.
