They also have a drive-thru, which is very convenient for those who are in a hurry.

When I reached out to share my concerns, the manage... read more I went to the restaurant looking forward to a nice dinner salad, but what I got felt more like a side salad. When I reached out to share my concerns, the manager explained that they had cut back on ingredient quantities due to staff shortages. After spending $11.24 on a salad, I was very disappointed with what I received. I’m quite unhappy!

I have no plans to return to this location, and I will be sharing this experience with my friends as well. To the staff, particularly the managers: if you're not happy in your job, perhaps it's time to reconsider your position. Customers who support your business deserve to be treated with respect, not met with a negative attitude.

They made sure to offer replacements or complimentary items when something was missing. However, my most recent online order did have a missing item from a "Pick Two" combo. I understand this location was significantly impacted during the COVID period, but I hope they continue to focus on quality control. Aside from this recent visit, my previous experiences have generally met the expectations typical of this chain!

They mentioned being understaffed, so I passed the time reading the news, which was fine. Unfortunately, when my sandwich finally arrived, it was terrible—dry, hard bread with hardly any filling. To top it off, my table was dirty. Thanks, but I wouldn’t recommend this place.
