Panera Bread - Pewaukee

Do not go to this place anymore. this is not the first time we had problems. the manager is rude, at least with the one I spoke to. we ordered two suppen bread bowls, soupen container was only half wway filled and was cold, they also forgot a bread bowl. also ordered two turkey bacon bandits that were simply thrown together, not know where the speck was, no side and the brot was very soggy as it fell in water. they have two zimtsacks, they were very hard and they forgot the cream cheese. I called, and the manager offered me a bread bowl and the missing cream cheese. I didn't care that the rest of the meal was terrible. that is absolutely disgusting customer service. panera is not cheap.

The summer strawberry salad with poppy seed dress is wonderful.

We take the family here two or three times in the month and the children love the mac and come together with the cheap desserts. the adult loves all meal times and others than an occasional long line, this is one of our favourites to eat. sensible and tasty eating together with pleasant personal makes us customers again.

This load has my admiration today, 6/3/2022: their systems had fallen due to technical problems. the autority of the load there (I don't know their names) still managed to do a great job. she put free coffee and sweets for customers outside their shop! good work! I wanted to pay but could not (it was free), hope this Google review helps!

Took forever to take our order even though only one person was in front of us, and then every 5 minutes a male employee was calling out 40 minutes! 35 minutes! Which we figured out was the time until closing. Not impressed.
