We had lunch at the restaurant, staff was very friendly, the place is super nice , I had booked on the Fork and pictures do not really show the beauty of this place. Food was very good We will be back
Good restaurant nice food. Rooms need an upgrade
Advertising Sauna and stuff but only with extra payment of 25euros for 2 hours...unacceptable! All in all nice hotel in a good spot of italy Staff is friendly and willing 2 help.....
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Both the food and the views were exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area
We had the privilege of celebrating our wedding vows at Approdo Agareno. What can I say? Sublime ingredients, breathtaking preparation, and indescribable flavor (the octopus was exquisite, excellently prepared). They served us a top-quality wine, and the service was perfect. 21 steps from the sea? Absolutely! In fact, the sea was on your table!

Food was amazing. Best ravioli I’ve ever had. The duck left me just speechless. But I didn’t like the cheese selection (really bad). Also, we ordered coke zero but one of the waitresses said they had only normal coke. As I only drink coke zero, water was fine for me. A few minutes later, another waitress, very kind and helpful, brought my sister a coke zero. She said they were actually out of normal coke but they had coke zero, so I ordered one for myself. Then I saw that first waitress giving out to that other kind waitress about the coke. And for many other times I saw her mistreating the poor and kind waitress, just because of COCA COLA! When we were ready to pay, we asked a waiter if it was possible to pay one part cash and another part by card, he said it was ok. When I arrived at the bar, the first waitress was at the till and she made us pay the whole bill with cash. She clearly doesn’t know anything about her workplace or just just like giving customers a hard time. Food is amazing but because of her I’d rather go to other restaurants nearby.
Nice dinner while on holidays in Pettenasco. Setting is great with the terrace right by the lake, offering a great view. Service was very good and personnel friendly and helpful. Food choice was very good and quality was great! Definitely recommend this place.

It is always a pleasure of mind to meet people who love their food. It comes across from the way they describe the food, the way they present the food, and lest we forget, the food itself. Its a great find.
We were staying at the hotel with a group so the evening meal was set with little choice but we tried the a la carte which was good. It has a good ambience and has a range of eating areas inside, outside covered and al fresco so all weather. The a la carte menu obviously had more choice and was very enjoyable
As part of a group we usually had to sit at tables of 12 but on our free night a lot of us opted to stay in the hotel and eat. We asked for a table for two which was in the middle the window tables were given to independent travellers so we were still discriminated against. None of us were offered the pretty restaurant even though we were a la carte. The burgers were popular with most people but we opted for bowls of spaghetti bolognese and spaghetti carbonara. These were both very good as was the service. For dessert I ordered Affogato which was horrible ice cream in a dish of cold milky coffee (usually it's a shot of hot espresso). Overall a good meal.
Yesterday I decided to surprise my girlfriend with a diner alongside the lake. We chose the tasting menu and the wine selection with it. The food was delicious and was so beautifull laid up on the plate. The wines were good as well. The restaurant also offers a broad selection of wines and food a la carte. The only feedback I can give is that they should take a little more time between the dishes. Now we felt a little rushed sometimes because of the lack of time between the dishes(and wines as well). I would definetily recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a beautifull location for a diner down the lake.
The frontage of this hotel based restaurant has a feel more like a leisure centre than a top end restaurant but don’t let that misguide you. The staff were all superb and the location is simply beautiful. Excellent food and a good choice on the menu. Would definitely recommend and well worth a visit for a special meal out!

Great food quality with excellent fish dishes. The “Lake Menù” is really good as well as the staff service, friendly and explanatory in describing the culinary experience with a pretty view of a Lake Orta glimpse!
Beautiful evening dinner during celebrations in pettenasco. the location is great with the terrace directly on the lake and offers a great view. service was very good and personal friendly and helpful. the food selection was very good and the quality was great! this place absolutely recommend.
