The Caxton Char Grill and Terrace Bar

Its a pub meal but for affordable price, I would say its better than what you would expect. The portion sizes are enormous! This venue has a great vibe going. Especially on Sunday nights where they have a "Games Night"!!! Play all of your favourite old school games such as Pacman and more right there within the pub. Caxton Hotel always has something going on which is what makes this place so exciting! It is the perfect place to start the Caxton Pub Crawl. Great service and location.

We were celebrating my partners 50th and were disappointed next door at the well known steak restaurant the night before for dinner. So we decided to try the steak at the Caxton which my partner ordered the Tomahawk and enjoyed it. I had the fish which was also good. The service was good.

I love going to the caxton for all occasions! Great service, food and a great selection of drinks. Couldn't recommend enough!

Of course State of Origin 3 is going to be a busy day but the ground level was uncomfortably over loaded and the lines to the bar were a mile long. Thank god for the VIP catered area upstairs which the staff from the Grill area were more than happy to escort us to since we had never been there before. That was so appreciated as the ground area was so packed u could barely move. For the ones lucky enough, which myself and a few friends had tickets to the VIP area upstairs - Plenty of room, no line up for the bar abundance of seating. Staff served amazing food and plenty of it. Definitely worth the money! Free standard drinks menu for the time we were there.

Went to the Caxton yesterday to watch Jeff Horn take the title. Had a sit down meal in the restaurant during the fight. The oysters were divine along with our main meals which included ribs that melt in your mouth, chicken breast and a huge 400g steak!! Would highly recommend coming to the Caxton to indulge in their meals and be surround by thousands of people who love their sport! 10/10 will be back!
