We placed an order for two doners they accepted it without a problem and took the money, giving the impression that we would get everything relatively quickly (we were alone there). After a while, however, crowds of people began to gather, the majority of whom turned out to have already made an order in advance by phone. We waited the whole time in the cold. At the 45th minute, we still got the cherished döner, which were too salty (full of patterned salt) and nothing special for the total of 10 BGN that we had already paid at the beginning. In the center of Sofia, there are cheaper and better quality donuts and my God, I have never waited more than 10 minutes for a donut..
Soooooo slow. Greasy and polite staff until they take your money. After that, no one tells you that two donuts will make them without exaggeration 45 minutes. And to complain and to protest that's it. If you want to leave you're burning money. And as for the food absolutely nothing worth the brutal wait, greasy, salty and with a lot of savory. Definitely avoid these.
Regarding the mean comments about Duneri Miro, there is hardly anyone who would disagree that the staff is nice, kind and polite. Young people try to please everyone's different tastes and preferences, and in the end there is always someone dissatisfied. No money is taken before an order is completed. Duner is made according to your choice what to have and what to save. If someone doesn't like it, it's better to say it on the spot and not spew mean things! P. S. Savory is a Bulgarian spice and it is useful!
If you are not from Petrich and did not order in advance by phone, forget about these! To stand in front of the shitty IM window for 20 minutes and wait like a snot without knowing what's going on inside... I had heard that Petrich is a separate country, but now I understand! This receipts, Forget! Hello, the tax people! I couldn't stand Upsurda at 40 degrees and left. Enjoy your meal... Food: 1
