I'm rolling. order an icy French vanilla latte. get them into the window, pay and get them a hot drink given I take it, it's a hot French vanilla ) I recommende... read more I'm rolling. order an icy French vanilla latte. get them into the window, pay and get them a hot drink given I take it, it's a hot French vanilla ) I recommended the help that I have an icy French vanilla latteshe rolls her eyes and heads back to make my ordered drink while they talk on her headset. a woman who does not wear uniforms except a hat, with a blue, flamey hoodie comes into the window with my drink and says: “YOU DIDN’T or a iced, and I need to charge you more.” I said I ordered an icy vanilla latte. she hit the window in my face aggressive enough to keep her open again while she said. you're not getting anything, I know what you ordered and it was a hot laugh. then she goes and tells the other workers of her heroism when I knock on the window because I have already paid for my drink. I have to go fast. Who heard this place before? you need better staff. even if their personal does not bear the respected uniform chances, they respect their business or the customers who visit their business.

Surprisingly enough, this was not a good visit to what is normally an excellent Hotel chain. I chose to help me pay an extra couple dollars to have a nice room... read more Surprisingly enough, this was not a good visit to what is normally an excellent Hotel chain. I chose to help me pay an extra couple dollars to have a nice room to stay in. When I got there the toilet tank was running constantly the shower tub drain filled up and I was ankle high in water when showering, the ac htg fan coil motor bearing sounded like it was ready to go and made a lot of noise, the door to the room stuck and have to pull/push hard to close it all the way, the room.had a funk smell to it when I arrived, and two of the electrical room plug did not work no matter what I plugged into it so I was limited to recharge my electronic tools. They came and fixed the toilet right away but this room and building needs a little bit of an updated work. That all said, the view of the harbour was excellent and the staff was friendly and great to work with!!
