what a tasty bite! on the way back from sussex new brunswick we found this little gem of a restaurant. had a large bowl with seafood, a donair and the tiger garnel. yum! chowder was so good and we had a lot on the east coast, but we have taken an additional bowl with us home, not too creamy, but filled with lots of seafood and a great taste, excellent service will be safe on our return stop. Our table was satisfied- souvlaki- Greek salads, scallops and rice and home cut fries. Great service and friendly.
This little place shines in an area where long-driving travelers might be looking for a bite to eat. The food was nicely prepared, home made, and tasty and the staff welcoming. If you come from the south exit it's just past the gas stations, if you approach from the north exit and follow the blue signs for food, don't give up! The restaurant is on the edge of town and everyone there knows where it is.
There was a total of 7 of us. Food was delicious and the server Kendra did an excellent job. I especially enjoyed the Donair Wrap!
