I enjoy this place for a particular dish That is mustard on scrambled eggs- I don’t remember the name without looking at the menu and worth a try Just so delicious and large serve at great price Service is not too attentive so if your on your laptop you probably won’t be disturbed If I feel like a big breakfast I think of big brekky and they live up to their name
I have been here before and while the food was okay, We were very concerned at their lack of Covid-19 measures.1. We had to ask if we needed to sign in. the lady was confused about what we were talking about then finally said oh yeah you write it down near the counter.2. we got to the counter, it was the 14th NOV and the last entry was 12th November and although a few table were occupied, we were the first entry that day.If this is how they are following the rules then I don 't know how clean our food the kitchen is considering we can 't see that. I 'm also not sure if the tables are cleaned properly after each customer.Avoid.
Sad to see how much this cafe has deteriorated with management changes.Coffee and hot chocolate were cold so we asked for them to be heated in the microwave. The staff then made fresh coffee which they managed to burn instead!Pancakes were dry with a huge slab of tasteless butter and one strawberry cut into tiny pieces. I'm sure there was maple syrup somewhere but it evaporated...$16.This cafe used to be on trend but now is run by some ignorant, non-service oriented newcomers. So sad. Won't be back. Predict the cafe will change hands again by October. It can't possibly survive the way it is.
