Tim Hortons - Peterborough

Went here today and the girls were rude. One girl was rude while I was ordering, and another girl was rude at the window when i told her she gave me the wrong order. There was no reason for the rudeness.

Pathetic. The foreign workers don’t know the difference between bacon and sausage

I stopped in this morning to pick up a dozen donuts and “10 to go”. I decided to go into the store rather than drive thru. I waited in a line up with two people working the front. Instead of having someone working the till and someone getting the order prepared they would take an order than wander off to get the order. Once I had placed my order, I waited and then waited some more! I waited approximately 35 mins from the time I walked in the door until I received my order. I counted 6 people working at drive thru, 10 employees in total. I was told if I wanted faster service I should have placed an online order. I’ll remember this the next time I need coffee and donuts-and take my $35 elsewhere.
