In... read more On one particular evening, my family decided to go out for dinner and after everyone submitted their choices, my partner suggested Silk Roots Fusion Cuisine. Initially, I had reservations about the name but I was pleasantly surprised. This charming restaurant located on a main street in Peterborough offers delicious Middle Eastern cuisine. The staff were very friendly and attentive, serving us promptly once we placed our orders. The prices were reasonable and the portions were very generous. After a long day without a proper meal, the food filled me up and was incredibly fresh and flavorful. I particularly enjoyed the tasty salad. The service was quick, the atmosphere clean and welcoming, and the staff polite and smiling. With all these great qualities, I would definitely give it a 5-star rating. Just like Arnold Schwarzenegger, I'll be back!

Despite the wait,... read more We were told our takeout order would be ready in 15 minutes, but it took 35 minutes to get our food. It was busy, but they were aware of that. Despite the wait, the food was excellent as always. I ordered the beef dupiaze wrap which was delicious with fresh ingredients. My partner also enjoyed her falafel.
