Pizza Shack The - Peterborough

We usually always get delivery, occasionally pick up if we are out already! Delivery is always faster than they tell us on the phone which is excellent since we usually order as a last minute decision (so we are usually starving when we order). We ask for the pizza well done as we always have enjoyed our pizzas that way. Pricing is excellent for the pizza and wing deals! My husband can't get enough of the wings, plus they are oven baked and not deep fried! Pizza crust is always fresh and crispy and holds the pizza up well. Prefect amount of toppings and cheese! We absolutely love having pizza and wing nights! Plus a bonus is the drivers are always friendly and early! Our orders have been perfect every time!

This is one of the best kept secrets in Peterborough, for a long time. Glad they finally got online!! Incredible food at fantastic prices!!

First, the pizza is great. No complaint there. Can't give the pizza a good review this time however as we were never able to properly order one. So 1 star.However, the last 2 times we have called (we order weekly for the last 19 months) the 2x medium 2 toppings on each for $17.99.The last 2 orders the staff has tried to charge us $26+. On one pizza we like to get 2 toppings on 1 side and 1 topping on the other. The other pizza is a 2 topping straight up. The staff is undertrained on how to make a dual-half pizza. The charge should be $20 or so but they can't/won't adjust the price to the special claiming the 2nd pizza has 3 toppings (in reality it has 1.5, total). Seems the only person who can figure out the computer is the owner who is not present when we call mid afternoon on a Friday to pre-order.We run close to $1000 in orders to this place each year. It seems our business isn't/wasn't important enough to properly remedy the issue. The owner did call us back with an 8 second message "If you want to speak to me call XXX-XXXX". No mention of the issue or complaint. She sounded ticked off on the message.Needless to say, we aren't interested in dealing with low-competency teenagers who don't know the system they are expected to employ. Can't say we like the large chains but given the option of an accurately priced pizza we'll order from those places as their online system has no issue with splitting toppings on a pizza.Disappointed after 1.5 years of consistent, loyal patronage.

Excellent pizza ,great taste,fresh toppings,u pay a little more money but worth it when u want good food

You will not find a better pizza in Peterborough! Fresh made, overloaded with toppings. Hand rolled dough made daily. just a really quality pizza.
