This location is not good. I recommend the one on George Street instead—it's a thousand times better! The staff here are quick, the ingredients are fresh, and they always get your order right.

We love these places, great choice for vegan and vegetarian meals. Hope the franchise expands globally quickly. Always our first choice if you can find one.

The staff are friendly and respectful, and I do appreciate that, but the food doesn't have a good quality, I asked for a toasted pita, however; it wasn't as warm and tender as I expected and even the taste of Shawarma wasn't that rich, I won't order it again.

Terrible staff. I've lost count of how many times I've paid for double meat, only to have to supervise them closely to ensure they get it right. Today, the inept staff tried to argue with me and outright refused to give me the extra meat I had paid for. They constantly tear the wrap, making it impossible to eat neatly, and the sauce ends up all over their aprons, dripping back onto my food. The value here is abysmal. The only reason I gave them another chance today was because it's low-calorie, but I definitely won't be returning.

The food was fantastic, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly. However, there weren't enough employees on duty. I felt sorry for the two girls who were working; we spent about 45 minutes just ordering and waiting for our food.
