I hadn't been to Natas for quite some time so last week's visit was a real treat -- one of the best lattes anywhere, and the choice of pasties almost endless. We chose the Dufflet's chocolate cupcake, and asked that it be cut in two. Simply divine. We have been going to Nata's for years, mostly because the coffee is good. The place itself is rundown and a bit grungy, but we figured it didn't matter if you're just grabbing a quick coffee and breakfast sandwich. But today we were told they are now charging $0.70 for lactose free milk .... yes, you want a tablespoon of milk for your coffee and they charge $0.70! I recently had the best breakfast sandwich and hot chocolate at this restaurant. It's a great spot to grab a quick drink or enjoy a fantastic salad, despite one rude and loud individual.
This café in Peterborough is definitely my favorite. The drinks and snacks are excellent, and the customer service is top-notch. I highly recommend it!
