Family owned and run, girls are great, I get the same thing all the time and they remember my order... very clean and buns are fresh , great service and very friendly

This particular franchise is run by a most friendly family and they always provide excellent service. Without the slightest annoyance, even when sticking to PRECISELY how I want my subs prepared (and that's always a very particular order), they never fail to show genuine care and concern about getting it right. Now for the subs, did I mention they are the BEST ever?! Well, my travels all over Ontario have landed me at numerous sub shops and no one (of any sub franchise or privately owned sub shop) compares to this Mr. Sub franchise right here. Now, if it's not subs from this Mr. Sub, I'm not having any.

I went to this restaurant and they didn't have cheese buns. They told me to come back tomorrow, but I have never been back since. I didn't appreciate their poor customer service.

I have visited many sub sandwich shops in my life, but I really enjoy this one. It is a favorite of a friend of mine for quick subs. I ordered the turkey wrap for just under $7 and found it quite satisfying. I typically don't review fast food places, but I really enjoyed this one for a quick lunch. Overall, I found it to be quite good.

This location has the greatest staff for customizing your subs, chili and soups to the best value. The will not try to pretend to not speak English or speak in there mother tongue like other sub chains in town.
