Very good and clean. I usually don't eat the "greasy stuff" at McDonalds but I really enjoy the fresh coffee and low fat muffin. My favorite thing to get there is tea, I LOVE the cups they use. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about McDonald's:
I was here 3 times while in the area for a few days. While two visits was for coffee only, my last visit was the day I left. I waited at least 5min for someone to take my order. I then waited about 7 minutes for my order. Then I find out they got it entirely wrong. I had to wait yet again. AT least the manager was pleasant about it but I'm wondering if they don't train well and/or have a quality control system in pla... View all feedback.
There are fewer fish in the frozen fish fillets than advertised - they look bigger in the pictures. Not many French fries for the price. The ordering screen is confusing and the order intake would not print. I will not return. Additionally, there was a long wait time.
The customer service at this restaurant was excellent, however, there was a lack of food available. The food seemed to be frozen and did not taste like real meat. Despite this, it was still edible and better than microwaved options.
I visited this restaurant for a few days and stopped in twice just for coffee. My last visit was the day I decided to order food, but there was a mix-up with my order that resulted in a long wait. Despite the mistake, the manager was accommodating. However, I am concerned about the lack of training and quality control at this establishment. I may only return because of the convenience of its location in town.
This particular location is ordered repeatedly incorrectly than not. as always I have a job driving thru and, once again it was wrong. I had ordered big macs and mcdoubles, all are special grill orders, as in. no particular season. etc. plus double pickles on everything. the commands were exactly the same for the big macs and, although different for the mcdoubles, all these were to be the same. how difficult it could have been to make the same for all types of burgers. for this franchise but even to manage to give them some serviettes when they order burger on the car thru is something they often leave out. I complained to the head office and checked the field on the complaint email to be contacted by a manager of this franchise by email. After receiving the email, I spoke to the manager there on the phone. she was by no means someone I would wish as manager if I were the franchise owner. she went away from being obviously not good with customer relations, then rather rude, meaningful. Finally, I received the freebies I felt were an acceptable replacement for their countless mix over the years, not what she tried to place me with. After working in my teenagers for decades ago at mcdonald’s, I knew that I was predominant with acquired wisdom over the years how to deal with such people. either that or, mcdonald’s office would hear from me again and they would overtake more free eating at the end than I expected to insult me first place. Although I was satisfied with the result, it was a lot to go aside with this manager, I'm still not there, since and still I'm always planning. there are only so many paintings that they may command to get wrong, have rude manager to treat (that is about a year) before I will say that enough is enough. I have now reached the point of boycotting this particular place. I also hope they all boycott because they are not socio-economic. I'm still waiting for the big Mac withdrawal to completely guess, but I'm trying.
Mu Husband and I were there today jan I am very disgusted as to aost of the tables were dirty and and the floors were filty with food all over some one could slip and fall on these items again very disappointed as...it was not a clen environment
