Great food, generous portions, perfect cup of coffee and friendly staff. Clean and cozy restaurant but sometimes have to wait for a table, but worth it! Stairs down to bathroom may be too difficult for some patrons. View all feedback.

A small, pleasantly decorated, and clean establishment. The portions were good and the quality a tiny bit above average. Battering of the fish was crispy and thin, but flavours were a bit bland. I have to share with you - this is Peterborough's hidden gem for breakfast! The place is impressively clean, the staff is incredible, and there is new management in charge! Don't believe the negative reviews, this place is a must-visit for breakfast lovers.
I visited the Hideaway with a friend for a casual lunch mid-week.
I went to this restaurant for breakfast with my family (4 people). It is a charming little spot with friendly staff. The server was delightful and attentive. The food was incredibly delicious. I will definitely come back next time I am in Peterborough!
This is a little gem of a restaurant. Its very small so I don't recommend it for large gatherings. Everything we have had here was great tasting. Very friendly staff. Home cooked meals. Great for seniors and couples.
Another small restaurant with a smallish menu. But what they do they do well. Good service and food prepared quickly. The restaurant is cozy, the food is tasty and well priced.
