Great spot for lunch or an ice cream treat. Management seems great and super involved with the team. Staff are well trained and helpful, any issues i’ve had are instantly resolved. Food is always good, love the chicken strips and shakes. Restaurant is well kept and clean, especially enjoy the booth section. Sad to see that Julius’s are off the menu but we’ll move on.Kid-friendliness: Popular spot for kids, especially after sports games in the evenings.

My husband was there half an hour ago. Ordered two blizzards, one had a hair in it... tried to call to tell them, with no answer!! Not impressed at all. This isn't the first time this has happened.

If i could do 0 stars i would. From personally working at a DQ for 4 years when i was 15 to knowing Don the owner (who i’m not sure is the owner anymore) This dq is possibly the worst customer service branch that i have been to. Not once do they say hi or have a great day. They’re rude over the speaker they’re rude at the window. Especially who ever works drive thru at night. Terrible. Do we not train teenagers to be a little kinder to customers? Least try saying have a great day or something. Whoever manages this branch should retrain. As for no one wearing hair nets? Disgusting. Long blonde hair with no hair net ya no thanks. As for the ashburnham DQ 10/10 always the nicest but chemong same thing retrain your staff and put a hair net on. Will never come back to this location!

Great location easy access drive thru service we always try to go to this Dairy Queen for the hot and cold items Burger meals and Ice Cream Treats of course recently got food to take to a friend in Hospital and they loved the treat !
