Brio Gusto Restaurant - Peterborough

We literally stumbled across this restaurant while visiting Peterborough on business. We were just looking for someplace quick and clean for lunch, and after passing by several potential spots, went in to check out Brio Gusto. It was a bit late for lunch, so the dining room(s) were not busy. The server seated us promptly, and enthusiastically explained any specials. The food we ordered was very good, and made us wished we lived closer so we could come back and try the dinner offerings. Service was excellent and relaxed but very professional. Will definitely go back if we are ever in Peterborough again around meal time.

I was there Wednesday, June 26th. Arrived just before 7:00. It didn't take long to be greeted by a lady and sat us to a table right away. After a few minutes this lady brought us our menus, and said she would be right back with waters and to take our drink orders 25 minutes later...... No lady. A gentleman kept serving tables in our section and did not even acknowledge us. It was busy but there were still plenty of empty seats in the restaurant. We got up and left. It's a shame because it's such a great spot with good food. This has now happened to us 2 times. They did so some compensation on the bill the first time. I hope you guys can figure this problem out, because I would love to come back. I don't normally write reviews, but this was non sense.

The restaurant offers delicious food, welcoming service, and a peacefully comfortable atmosphere. However, it would be nice to see a larger selection of wines available by the glass.

We had lunch at this restaurant, the ambiance was nice and the wait staff was great. The food was fresh and homemade.

Went here for a quick lunch on our 1 hour break from work. Service was friendly and quick. Food was delicious and serving sizes were perfect. Highly recommended!
