Boston Pizza - Peterborough

I ordered for myself and my 2 kids through skip the dishes. Skip was great, they were super quick and reliable, but the food was horrible. My bun was so hard on top that I could barely bite it and was wet on the bottom...soggy. The pice of lettuce on my burger was brown and soggy. They left one of the kids drinks out. The portion sizes fir the kids was ridiculously small. The manager decided to argue with me and tell me that portions come in a bag, ok maybe some, but the 7 fries my daughter got cannot be proportioned....my kids were left hungry after eating their food.....what? The manager was rude with me and after spending $50 he gave me a $10 credit, which after dealing with him I will never spend.

Have ordered food for delivery several times. The order is delivered either an hour early or an hour late. Complained and eventually got the order (next order was free) but that isn't the point. This happened at least three times. Finally just gave up and will not order again,

I’ve always had good experiences at Boston Pizza, and this location continues that trend. We were there for lunch, and everything was excellent. The place was clean and pleasant, and our server was excellent as well. Drinks were brought to our table quickly, and our food came a short time later. All was great with our meals, and nobody had any complaints. Dessert and coffee were then served, and the ice cream and brownie was delicious. Overall, I’d highly recommend this location, and I’ll be back.

These people need a raise. The food is good, the service fast, and clean tables and floors! They are best chain in PTBO.for sure.

Just wanted to give a shout out to our server Kelsey. Perfect service, friendly, brought us refills for our drinks before we had to ask. Food was great as well!
