What Adam B doesn't like about Boston Pizza:
The Boston-Sized Burger was alright. Definitely better than a fast food burger. The Chicken Mushroom Fettuccini though was about the quality of a frozen dinner heated in the microwave. Also getting tired of the drivers taking my order first and prioritizing other orders from other stores before delivering my food. View all feedback.
I am an asymptomatic celiac so I cannot honestly say whether or not I was glutened. But the staff at this Boston Pizza did take my request for gluten free food and cross contact precautions seriously. They were training new staff in the kitchen so they voluntarily put a senior cook incharge of my order. When I ordered their gluten free dessert option they told me they would not serve me ice cream with it because there would be a risk of cross contact. They were kind, attentive and had good knowledge. Everything seemed to be safe. Staff was professional. Great experience.
I usually order the gluten wise pizza or pasta, but they also have decent gluten wise wings!!
I have eaten here a few times. I always had their pizza and zero reactions! The waitress I had was aware of celiac disease and made sure their was no cross contamination!
