Wagamama - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Wagamama:
Very hit and miss. Had good service and good food and also bad service and bad food. Most of the time it’s okay but the staff kind of let it down. Nice atmosphere inside. Worth a visit if you’ve not booked anywhere but expect a small wait as there’s usually a queue outside. Asked for a large cappuccino and received a stone cold coffee about the size of the green tea. We were thrilled to discover that the menu has recently become 50% plant-based! While there were some enticing new options, I decided to stick with what I know and ordered the ramen, which is simply delightful. Tom opted for the vegan katsu curry.
