I have no complaints, but I would rate this place 5 stars if the tables and chairs were in better condition and the cup lids fit securely. Aside from that, everything was wonderful! View all feedback.

Compared to other boba shops nearby, this one falls short. I have a major sweet tooth, but their boba is overwhelmingly sugary for my liking. I wish they had asked me about my preferred sweetness level, as many boba places do. Typically, I trust the staff's recommendations. Seems like wearing gloves is optional??? Hands that touch everything else are the exact same hands that handle your food.
Went there for the first time ever despite all the bad reviews, and it was great!! The service was awesome, and the drink was ready in under a minute!! I got Thai Boba, and it was totally 5 stars!! I am without a doubt coming back here. 5 stars!!
Good size Boba drink for the price compared to other's in the area. HUGE variety. Service is a little slow the three times we have been there but not a deal breaker. This is our new go to place for Boba in Sonoma County. If you like these kind of teas then it is worth a stop.
The atmosphere is simple and nice, clean and spacious. The snacks are well priced for the amount you get. The potstickers and popcorn chicken we're really hot but tasted really good. The Green tea moffle (mochi waffle) was better than any waffle I've ever had. There are so many options and I love it. The rose milk tea with bubble tasted tast as expected, not exactly my favorite. The strawberry milk tea wasn't exactly what I expected though. The regular bubble milk tea was perfect! I would go here on my way from the Santa Rosa JC every day if I had the money. Either way I'm definitely coming back. The service was really great and the entire place was really clean. Coming back to my review after going a few other times. My boyfriend is lactose intolerant and had a smoothy. We were misled to believe that they used soy milk as stated on their sign and he was sick later on. Also the smoothies tasted very synthetic as though they don't use actual fruits, I wouldn't be surprised if that were the case.
This was my first visit in a quick one as soon as I came in, I was greeted by the employee. she answered all my asking about her drinks, this was the great experience that the drinks are amazing. worth a visit! the only problem was to find the business after hours when the sun has set, as they have no light near their business sign, but it is right next to the sozo.
