Starbucks - Feedback

What Katelyn P (Kat) likes about Starbucks:
There's one specific employee that works here, always wears a sparkly mask, and they are absolutely wonderful. I know my drink will always be made perfect whenever they are working. I sincerely appreciate your consistency and kindness. I used to come by every morning on my way into work but my drink began being made different and wasn't consitent. The drinks were good, it was our first time trying Starbucks drinks in a while. The decor in the store was great, and the place was clean. However, when we went to order, we had to wait almost 20 minutes for two medium sized drinks.
