What Nam P doesn't like about Starbucks:
The drinks were good, it was our first time trying Starbucks drinks in a while. The decor in the store was great, and the place was clean. However, when we went to order, we had to wait almost 20 minutes for two medium sized drinks. Nice friendly staff and everything was as I expected!
Driving through after leaving SF had not yet had coffee. Stopped into Starbucks in Petaluma because they're consistent I know what I'm getting. The girl who took our order was nice sweet personable. However, the woman making the coffee had attitude. She was obviously not having a good day or is just naturally unpleasant, but she was intentionally rude. First she ignored me when I asked for a straw they forgot the cream in my husbands coffee I had to ask for it to be added, which was obviously a huge inconvenience for her...then when I realized they had made the wrong drink I asked that it be made over, she at first argued with me then when the other girl who had taken the original order, confirmed that the wrong drink had been made, she begrudgingly made me the correct drink. Nothing about the visit was pleasant I spent $50 there. No sorry, no thank you. No nothing. Rude service.
