We appreciate this chain of restaurant, usually we go to the city center of bordeaux or merignac but we had never tested that of pessac. The atmosphere as cold as the current of the air pervasive in the restaurant, the staff not welcoming on the phone or on the spot. the view of the kitchen is very immersive in Asian culture, but does the chef use only a wok to cook all the dishes? Even though she was rinsing between the different preparations, she invited me to question me in terms of food hygiene. fortunately our dishes were good, but we'll prefer other restaurants in the chain next time.
