Very cozy place in the center of Pescara. Experienced the Royal dish that includes different raw tastes from crustaceans to tartare served in a single tray for 2 people. We found ourselves well and the kindness of the staff made it outline. Normal prices
Local cared for the smallest details, cozy, with friendly and professional staff, open kitchen with a piece of boy , the chef Andrea who skillfully merges together the taste of the fish with fruit, pasta al dente excellent and tiramisù with new taste...... all served with love and passion....
The staff is very well-kept and very professional, always with a smile, the dishes of high quality with the raw always served without additions of covering spices, always fresh and with a list of wines very well supplied. Really good.
I ate several times from Crudilly and every time I stay more than satisfied. Super fresh fish and raw fish! Menu that often varies, formula that allows you to always have an excellent quality tasting new dishes. Ideal also for a fast or aperitif lunch with a great price-quality ratio. Recommended!
I honestly expected a little better. Nothing to say about raw seafood that were fantastic, but the rest has a little disappointed. The place looks like cruel, savory, but of raw I have seen very little, only the seafood. We took a raw appetizer, another appetizer, 2 seconds (a fished bass and wet crush and a octopus) and 2 desserts (the blurred wine offered it). We paid 67 euros (which is also considered the cost of raw starter)... Both seconds were so... The fished bass was a bit steep (usually fished is very good) and the octopus was a bit gummy, so I eventually had bad jaws. The only thing I can think is that having gone on the first day of reopening after the closure of 25-26, the fish was not really fresh, but this is my deduction. The sweet was good, I took a mousse to the marsala with salt beans (although for my taste the salt beans were too big), but it was really too little!!! Would I come back? Surely for raw seafood, for the rest I don't know.
