After training, we decided to stop at this place, just a few meters from the Piazza dei Cavalli in Piacenza. Well, what a treat! What a wonderful lunch! I ordered a schiacciata with sausage and broccoli rabe. I've never tasted anything better or tastier (a pizza, but much softer and more interesting, it was almost too easy to eat! . My wonderful partner ordered a piadina with prosciutto and cheese. It was very pleasant, not dried out from overcooking. The ingredients were high-quality and excellent. And we also had two drinks. Sitting under an ancient portico overlooking the square, on a September day reminiscent of June. (Beautiful and relaxing , in this place I felt like I was transported back in time for a moment and managed to unwind. The staff is very polite and courteous.
