When we came to Perugia Osteria a Priori was touted as a priority but I'd say we had a better experience with a piror reservation. Food: decent, not amazing. Wine: fine. Ambience: fine. incredible food at a reasonable price. the attention to the local ingredients is incredible. that is the third time that we come here over the years and I'm always impressed! definitely the best place we tried in Umbria! the truffle paste is perfect! made with real delicate truffles and not the artificial oil they get to put at most. 5!
