incredible food at a reasonable price. the attention to the local ingredients is incredible. that is the third time that we come here over the years and I'm always impressed! definitely the best place we tried in Umbria! the truffle paste is perfect! made with real delicate truffles and not the artificial oil they get to put at most. 5! When we came to Perugia Osteria a Priori was touted as a priority but I'd say we had a better experience with a piror reservation. Food: decent, not amazing. Wine: fine. Ambience: fine. Staff: nothing special Overall I give it 12 strangozzi out of 26. View all feedback.
Do not skip this place when in Perugia, the food is simply divine here. The pasta, the lentil soup, the liver pates everything. Wish we had more days to taste everything there was on the menu. Tha staff is also nice. Make sure to book in advance as on a Saturday night it was full.
Absolutely wonderful local Perugian restaurant owned an run by local husband and wife. Delicious foods and deeply friendly inviting service. We have gone there 3 times in our short stay.
Best dining in Perugia. Possibly the best meal I have had in Umbria and definitely first choice when in Perugia. Make a booking in afvance.very well priced, great staff and service

Perfect sized menu with excellent options (including vegetarian). Also offered a wide array of wine and craft beer. Staff was helpful and attentive. Loved the lentil soup and black truffle pasta
