I ordered simple vegetarian noodles and the couple gave me some bland noodles and sweet mixed. I even asked her if it was sharp, she said yes. They didn't even try to stir the sweet, it was raw and there was no soaking. When I came home, it was dry. never again. terrible experience. not sure how they are still open. sneak on you to fool people

When I mentioned that she used the wrong t... read more The service at this restaurant was very disrespectful. The server serving noodles was dismissive and uncommunicative. When I mentioned that she used the wrong type of noodles, she started speaking to me in Chinese. It was obvious that she was being rude, even though communication in another language should not affect the level of courtesy. It's important to treat customers with respect and provide genuine customer service. Wok King needs to remember that the customer is the most important and should be treated accordingly.
