When I mentioned that she used the wrong type of noodles, she started speaking to me in Chinese. It was obvious that she was being rude, even though communication in another language should not affect the level of courtesy. It's important to treat customers with respect and provide genuine customer service. Wok King needs to remember that the customer is the most important and should be treated accordingly.
