Was jair m at Wildflower a mag?
This is the best restaurant i ever eaten in my life. Every courses are divine, exquisite and delicious. You can enjoy your lunch or dinner here with amazing view. As a dessert lover, my favorite is Parsnip crisp. Parsnip ice cream with crispy biscuit, and then creamy flavor full of mouth, believe me, it’s best!!!! For the main, I give it to duck terrine. Soft duck leg with crispy skin is heaven. First bite you can ta... View all feedback.

What Jaiden Morar dislikes about Wildflower:
a book that was posted in september 2020 for my men birthday 26th januar 2021. a call to cancel today. with the necessity to book as far in advance, what is the point! no explanation, only that the restaurant is closed, as pathetic, is its organizational skills, which badly! would not recommend them to write their hopes on a booking that can be canceled so easily and at short notice! My husband took me to Wildflower tonight to celebrate my birthday. I was initially hesitant as I had read some poor reviews regarding service, but I must say that the service we experienced was faultless. Every member of staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The ambience was lovely - a very good volume and well spaced out tables so one could comfortably enjoy their meal and conversation. The marron and lamb were standout dishes for us. We also loved the pumpkin side dish. As it is my birthday they spoiled my husband and I with some lovely treats after the meal. We left feeling well fed and especially well looked after. Thank you especially to the waiter Dan and another tall, younger gentleman whose name we forgot to ask.

Cannot speak highly enough of our experience. We were staying at the hotel, who knew it was our anniversary. They had obviously told the restaurant who welcomed us multiple times with "happy anniversary". The food was delicious; view fabulous. Beautiful photography, matched with lovely artisan tableware. Spectacular service. A wonderful wonderful evening, topped off with a complimentary anniversary sweet.

Overall we enjoyed our experience at Wildflower. We opted for the 5 course tasting menu for $145. We decided not to do the wine pairing which was an additional $95 but the wait staff were very attentive and would periodically present us with the drinks list when our glasses were empty. We started off with canapés and which included a fish skin cracker, nashi pear and kangaroo jerky. This was followed by warm bread and whipped butter. The use of native plants/herbs/spices/flavours was very prominent from the get go and sometimes just too much for the dish. First course was shark bay crab with persimmon, pickled daikon and was finished with a eucalyptus snow which I thought ruined it a little and was overpowering. Second course was the marron with river greens, avocado, puffed seaweed and head cream. Hands down best dish of the night. Would-eat-again/10. Third course was the most tender slow cooked pork with a silky smooth sweet potato purée, radish and plum. It was melt-in-yo-mouth goooood. Fourth course was the grilled lamb with Jerusalem artichoke, salt bush, peppermint tree cream and malt oil. Lamb was beautifully cooked. Loved the sauce with this dish. In between was a strawberry, coconut, yoghurt palate cleanser. Fifth was the whipped chocolate with passion fruit and geraldton wax sorbet and wattleseed cream. Dessert was probably my least favourite dish of the night. A couple of petit fours came out with the bill. Overall very delicious meal and the refined service adds to the overall experience. Only dish that I thought was amazing was the marron. Definitely did not leave in a food coma after five courses and glad I filled up on double serve of free bread.

Wow! What a way to make a splash in the Perth. This was our first stop as we landed in Perth, drawn in by the 3 hat rating and a fantastic view, we couldn’t say no to the Flow lunch option, this experience was one to remember. Every single detail was looked after, the service was amazing and every delicate morsel delicious. Whilst we didn’t match our wines on this occasion the menu was completely complimentary. I absolutely recommend this meal to anyone who loves fine food and finds themselves in Perth in need of something exquisite.

We came here many months ago but forgotten to write a review until now. Very interesting dishes with the use of native Australian ingredients. Unique flavours which I've never experienced before. Most dishes were good but some were so-so especially those which I have dietary requirements for and they replaced the dish with vegetables. Had a dish with wiflof and it was very bitter. Dessert was very interesting and good. It is an expensive fine dining place so the portion is very small and the number of courses wasn't enough to fill our belly. Maybe 1-2 more extra courses would be amazing.
