As soon as a walked in Totally BS and Co I was greeted with a smile and an up beat personality from both Tara and Suzie. Throughout the night I couldn’t help but notice the level of customer service coming from both girls, no matter person. “Is everything ok”? “Can I get you another drink”? “Let me know if you need anything”? Did not stop. And Plates and glasses did not sit finished for excessive time, the girl were all over it!! I spoke to both Tara and Suzie and commended them both on their high quality of service and more to the point to let them know that this kind of thing doesn’t go unnoticed! Purely because of their customer service tonight I’ll be returning to the venue for a meal and beer. Thank you girls and keep up the good work! You have created a customer.

Had breakfast here on way to office, wasn’t hungry after that until evening! Good English breakfast and coffee, would visit again, pleasant staff also, thanks, Jon.

We had breakfast here and it was good. This restaurant in the Citadines Hotel was very convenient for Pub food and the outside terrace was interesting when the street was bustling.

The food is typical fare plentiful and delicious but by gee the staff are fabulous. Attached to Citadines accommodation. Staying here is the full package.

Late night dinner after flying in. Great beer options on tap. Squid on a salad bed was excellent. Squid was tender. Salad was fresh and crunchy. Staff were polite, bubbly and a great sense of humor.
