After waiting for 30 minutes to get a drink at the 3rd floor rooftop bar tonight, the female bartender took my card, charged it for 2 Gin&Tonics (which she confirmed since she asked how many), gave my card back but never gave me the drinks. Upon waiting another 10 minutes and asking, "hi, can I please get the drinks?" She just completely denied like it never happened and that she never took my card. In 15 years of going out, I've never had something strange like this happen. Maybe it was just human error but too bad it happened here.
