Description

Overall, the Emerson bar on Murray Street offers a vibrant and exciting night out in the central business district. The ground floor has a lively atmosphere with live music and DJs, while the middle floor provides a more relaxed setting with cozy lounges. The rooftop offers a different vibe and serves delicious cocktails like the caseideas, pork belly, and sliders. The decor is stylish and the food is mostly shareable with good value and flavors. The service is friendly and the entertainment, including live bands and DJs, adds to the overall experience. Despite some mixed reviews about service and food quality, Emerson bar is recommended for a fun night out with friends.

There were a number of bars in the city that I wanted to check out on my trip to Perth, and this was one of them.

Never have I ever written a bad review about an establishment but here's one. After waiting for 30 minutes to get a drink at the 3rd floor rooftop bar tonight, the female bartender took my card, charged it for 2 Gin&Tonics (which she confirmed since she asked how many), gave my card back but never gave me the drinks. Upon waiting another 10 minutes and asking, "hi, can I please get the drinks?" She just completely denied like it never happened and that she never took my card. In 15 years of going out, I've never had something strange like this happen. Maybe it was just human error but too bad it happened here.
